You can switch plans at any time by following the platform-specific steps below.
- Open the App Store app
- Tap your profile icon (top right)
- Tap Subscriptions
- Find Telesto: Inventory Management
- Tap See All Plans or Change Subscription
- Select the new plan
- Confirm with Face ID, Touch ID, or password
- Open the Google Play Store app
- Tap your profile icon (top right)
- Tap Payments & subscriptions
- Tap Subscriptions
- Select Telesto
- Tap Manage, then Update or Change plan
- Choose the new plan and confirm
Apple and Google wait until your current active plan expires to activate the new plan. If you don't want to wait, contact us!
When a subscription is purchased, Apple or Google will send a receipt to your email address.

Why can't Telesto issue invoices?
We cannot issue invoices directly because we don't process payments or collect taxes. All transactions go through Apple or Google, who act as the merchant of record. This means:
- Apple/Google is the legal seller of your subscription
- Apple/Google collects your payment and any applicable taxes (VAT, GST, SST, etc.)
- Apple/Google is responsible for issuing invoices
To get invoices with your company details, update your billing information in your Apple or Google account before your next payment.
To cancel your free trial and avoid being billed, follow the steps below for your platform.
- Open the Google Play Store app
- Tap your profile icon (top right)
- Go to Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions
- Find Telesto in the list
- Tap Cancel subscription
Even free trials appear under "Subscriptions" and can be canceled this way.

- Tap your name at the top to access your Apple ID
- Tap Subscriptions
- Select Telesto from the list
- Tap Cancel Free Trial or Cancel Subscription
If you don't see the subscription listed, make sure you're signed in with the same Apple or Google account used when starting the trial.
