Your data is stored entirely on Amazon Web Services (AWS) in Frankfurt (eu-central-1). AWS holds ISO 27001 certification and SOC 2 Type 2 audit reports, and we add our own controls on top of that.

Data Security

Data Isolation

Each customer's data is stored separately, and files are logically separated in our cloud storage to prevent leaks or accidental access. Your data stays in our dedicated VPCs while you use the service and is never shared with third parties.

Data Retention

We keep your data for as long as you use Telesto. It is deleted from our servers within six months of subscription cancellation or account inactivity. We retain invoicing records only where accounting and legal rules require it.
