Create professional barcode labels for inventory management and point-of-sale scanning. Configure labels for standard office printers (Letter, A4 sheets) or dedicated label printers (Zebra, DYMO, etc.).

Generating Labels

From Products List (Multiple Labels)

  1. Long-press any product for 2-3 seconds (On the Desktop Edition, just 'Right Click')
  2. Multi-selection mode activates — checkboxes appear
  3. Select products you want labels for
  4. Tap the barcode icon at the bottom right

A PDF with all selected labels opens automatically.

From Product Detail (Single Label)

  1. Open any product
  2. Tap the barcode icon
  3. Select "Print Label"

Configuring Label Settings

Accessing Settings

  1. Go to Settings
  2. Tap the second tab (General)
  3. Tap "Label Printing"

Label Content

Choose what appears on each label:

  • Format — Barcode type (CODE 128, EAN-13, UPC, etc.)
  • Include SKU — Shows barcode number below the barcode
  • Include name — Displays product name
  • Include price — Shows selling price

The preview at the top shows how your labels will look.

Printer Type

Select your printer type:

  • Standard Printer (Letter/A4 sheets) — Office printers with multiple labels per page
  • Label Printer (Zebra, DYMO, etc.) — Dedicated printers using label rolls

Standard Printer Settings

For office printers using label sheets:

  • Paper Size — Letter, Legal, A4, or A5
  • Labels Per Row — 1 to 4 columns
  • Labels Per Column — 1 to 10 rows
Common configurations:
• Avery 5160: Letter, 3 × 10 (30 labels)
• Avery 5163: Letter, 2 × 5 (10 labels)
• Generic A4: A4, 3 × 7 (21 labels)

Label Printer Settings

For dedicated label printers:

  • Label Size — 4"×6" (Shipping), 4"×2" (Standard), 3"×2" (Medium), 2.25"×1.25" (Small), 2"×1" (Tiny), A6, A7, A8, A9
  • Labels Per Page — 1 or 2
  • Orientation — Portrait or Landscape
Common label sizes:
• 4" × 6" — Shipping labels
• 4" × 2" — Standard shelf labels
• 3" × 2" — Medium product labels
• 2" × 1" — Small asset tags

Printing

Mobile (iOS/Android)

  1. The share/print dialog opens automatically
  2. Select Print or your printer
  3. Verify paper size matches your settings
  4. Tap Print

Desktop (Windows/Mac/Linux)

  1. Press Ctrl+P (Windows/Linux) or Cmd+P (Mac)
  2. Select your printer
  3. Verify paper size matches your Label Printing settings
  4. Set Scale to 100% (do not fit to page)
  5. Click Print

Important: Always use 100% scale. "Fit to Page" will misalign labels.
