Generating and Printing Barcode Labels

Create professional barcode labels with product names and prices for easy inventory management and point-of-sale scanning.

1. Long-press any product in the Products list for 2-3 seconds
2. Multi-selection mode activates - checkboxes appear next to all products
3. Tap checkboxes to select products you want labels for
4. Tap the brown barcode icon at the bottom right of the screen

A PDF containing all labels for selected products will open automatically.

Control what information appears on your labels by adjusting settings before generating.

1. Go to Settings
2. Tap the second tab
3. Scroll down and tap "Barcode labels"

• Include SKU - Shows product SKU/barcode number
• Include name - Displays product name
• Include price - Shows product price
• Format - Choose barcode format (CODE 128, EAN, UPC, etc.)

Label settings apply to all future label generations. Adjust these before creating your labels.

The generated PDF opens in your device's default PDF reader, allowing you to print using standard system options.

iOS:

1. Tap the share icon in the PDF viewer
2. Select Print
3. Choose your printer and adjust print settings
4. Set paper size and number of copies

Android:

1. Open the PDF and tap the print icon
2. Select printer from available options
3. Adjust copies, paper size, and orientation as needed
4. Tap Print to complete

The PDF opens in your configured default PDF reader (Adobe Reader, Preview, etc.):

1. Use Ctrl+P (Windows/Linux) or Cmd+P (Mac)
2. Select your printer from the dropdown
3. Configure paper size, orientation, and print quality
4. Click Print
