Built-in plugins that connect Telesto with popular e-commerce platforms. No coding or API development required.

Integrations are available on the Platinum plan. Contact support to enable an integration for your account.

Available Integrations

Telesto currently offers pre-built integrations for:

Shopify - E-commerce platform
WooCommerce - WordPress e-commerce plugin

Both integrations offer the same sync capabilities. Each sync option can be enabled or disabled independently based on your needs.

What Gets Synced

There are four sync options available. Each one is one-way, meaning data flows in a single direction to avoid conflicts.

Products (Shopify/WooCommerce → Telesto)

New products from your online store are automatically created in Telesto. Existing products (matched by SKU) are updated with the latest name, description, and selling price from your store.

Products are matched using the SKU/barcode. If a product in your store doesn't have a SKU, Telesto will generate a fallback identifier using the product handle or store ID.

Stock Levels (Telesto → Shopify/WooCommerce)

Stock quantities from Telesto are pushed to your online store. When the stock in Telesto changes (through transactions, purchase orders, sales orders, etc.), the updated quantity is synced to your store automatically.

Stock sync is one-way from Telesto to your store. Telesto is your source of truth for inventory. If you update stock directly in Shopify or WooCommerce, those changes will be overwritten on the next sync.

Orders (Shopify/WooCommerce → Telesto)

Open orders from your store are imported into Telesto as sales orders. Each order includes the customer information, line items (matched by SKU), quantities, and prices including taxes and shipping costs.

Customers (Shopify/WooCommerce → Telesto)

Customers from your store are imported into Telesto. Existing customers (matched by email) are updated with the latest contact details, and new customers are created automatically.

Sync Direction Summary
Products: Store → Telesto (new products are created, existing ones are updated)
Stock: Telesto → Store (Telesto is the source of truth for inventory)
Orders: Store → Telesto (open orders are imported as sales orders)
Customers: Store → Telesto (customers are created or updated by email match)
Getting Started
  1. Contact support to enable the integration for your account
  2. Provide your store credentials (store URL and access token for Shopify, or store URL and API keys for WooCommerce)
  3. Choose which sync options to enable (products, stock, orders, customers)
  4. Syncing runs automatically on a schedule

Make sure your products in Telesto and your store share the same SKU/barcode values. This is how the integration matches products between both systems.
