Important Notice: Account deletion is permanent and irreversible. All data including products, transactions, users, photos, and categories will be permanently deleted.

Manual Account Deletion

You can permanently delete your Telesto account at any time through the settings menu.

Delete Your Account:
  1. Navigate to Settings
  2. Tap the last tab (Account tab)
  3. Select Data
  4. Tap Delete account
  5. Read the confirmation warning carefully
  6. Confirm the deletion action
Automatic Account Deletion

Telesto automatically manages inactive accounts to maintain system efficiency and data hygiene.

Free accounts that remain inactive for more than 3 months are automatically deleted due to inactivity.

Premium Account Protection
Premium accounts are never automatically deleted due to inactivity, regardless of how long they remain unused. Your data and account will be preserved indefinitely.

Account Activity Definition:
An account is considered active when users log in and interact with the system. Simply having the app installed does not constitute activity.

Upgrading to Premium:
Consider upgrading to a premium account if you need long-term data preservation without worrying about activity requirements. Premium accounts provide permanent data protection along with additional features.
